Cancelling an existing order
We endeavour to process all orders within 5 working days of an order being placed so it is sometimes not possible for us to stop an order being delivered that has already been despatched. Should this happen then it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods arereturned within the guidelines below. Returning an Order
Should you wish to return a full price item for any reason we would ask that the goods are returned to us within 30 days from the date that we email confirmation of shipment. If a customer returns a product with stains, noticeable use and/or damage reimbursement may be forfeited and products(s) will be redelivered to customer.
